1.1. A deposit of 30% of the total safari cost is required to secure your booking.
1.2. Full payment is required at least 45 days before the safari departure date.
1.3. Bookings made within 45 days of the departure date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
2.1. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed payment methods.
2.2. All payment processing fees are the responsibility of the client.
2.3. Ripple Safaris will provide an official receipt upon payment.
3.1. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be processed as follows:
4.1. Ripple Safaris will make every effort to accommodate any changes to your itinerary, subject to availability.
4.2. Any additional costs incurred due to changes will be borne by the client.
5.1. Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, personal liability, and loss of belongings is mandatory.
5.2. Ripple Safaris shall not be held liable for any claims arising from a lack of insurance coverage.
6.1. Gorilla permits are subject to availability and are issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
6.2. Ripple Safaris cannot guarantee permit availability until payment is received.
7.1. Gorilla trekking can be physically demanding. Participants must be reasonably fit and disclose any health conditions.
7.2. Yellow fever vaccination and COVID-19 precautions may be required as per the entry and travel guidelines for Uganda and Rwanda.
8.1. Ripple Safaris acts as a tour operator and cannot be held liable for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by third-party service providers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
8.2. Ripple Safaris reserves the right to alter or cancel itineraries due to safety, logistical, or natural factors.
9.1. Guests must adhere to wildlife viewing and conservation guidelines. Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful may result in termination of the safari without refund.
9.2. Guests are expected to respect local customs and communities during their visit.
10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Uganda and Rwanda.
10.2. Any disputes will be resolved amicably or through legal channels in the respective jurisdiction.
